Just an FYI- I’m going to be unplugging from the world of Public Safety / Action News for the next week for some family time and other projects near and dear to my heart. During that time I’ll also be evaluating if I/we are actually going to plug back in and to what degree if/when we do.
While we really do love what we are doing there’s only so much we can do with available resources. When we reached out for interested parties to join us several said they wanted to, encouraged us to keep going, but only a couple stepped up. So it’s evaluation time, time to step back and say was this really beneficial, was it truly making a positive impact and a difference for the community, etc.?
Some major kudos and thanks to Calvin Andrus, Michael Jones, Kati Gardner, Robert and Ryan Petersen, Jeff Cassity (and please forgive me if I left you out) [and especially my wonderful wife, Jerilynn, who supported and put up with me running out the door all hours of the day and night, skipping out on meals, and much more] all dedicated their incredible talents and sweat-equity to a project we all enjoyed and felt/feel passionate about.
We’re not necessarily gone, but again, we’ll be doing some serious reevaluating and soul searching over the next week. If you have some input, it is definitely welcome in the comments below or direct message me privately.
