MetroPCS clerk shot Wednesday afternoon

Sacramento, CA | MetroPCS clerk shot in South Sacramento armed robbery.

Two suspects entered the Metro PCS on Power Inn Road wearing bandannas, held a gun to the clerks head and demanded cash a spokesman for the Sacramento Police Department stated late Wednesday afternoon.

The clerk dropped to the ground and the suspect leaned over the counter, fired a shot and hit the clerk in the ankle. The clerk was transported via paramedics to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and no phones. The suspects remain at large.
