Five transported to hospital in Meadowview fight
Sac Fire works on fight victims while officers investigate a fight sending 5 to the hospital, 2 arrests and 1 vehicle into a structure.
Sacramento, CA | Officers are piecing facts together from a fight with knives, shovels and sticks leaving five injured.
Late Sunday afternoon, a fight involving at least five subjects broke out. SacPD stated that knives, shovel and sticks were involved. At least two subjects were transported to the hospital with stab wounds and a total of five patients were transported. Two subjects were taken into custody and will be charged with at least assault with a deadly weapon. Some time during the fight, a vehicle crashed into the house of one of the persons involved in the fight. SacPD spokesman, Officer Stephen Moore indicated that details were pretty confusing and the whole situation is under investigation.
