The purchaser agrees that the use of any copyrighted video/audio or any part of such video/audio from MaverickPhotography.us's SacMav Rapid Media is licensed for limited use.

The video can be used an unlimited number of times by the original purchaser for their sole use and can not be distributed under any circumstances without the express permission of MaverickPhotography.us's SacMav Rapid Media .

The purchaser also agrees that once a video is reviewed on SacMav.com and is downloaded or a request is made to physically deliver a copy to the requesters location for their use, it is implied that the video has been bought and will be billed whether it was used or not.

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of MaverickPhotography.us's SacMav Rapid Media .
