Reports and images were pouring in with reports of a massive explosion that occurred, reportedly at a fertilizer plant just outside Waco, TX. Unconfirmed reports came in stating all available EMS crews were being requested to respond. We are pulling in numerous reports and photos live now as EMS, Fire and Police aid victims and control an explosive situation at the Boston Marathon.
Reports we have received thus far is that two explosions have occurred at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Early reports and various sources say there has been at least two fatalities. Tweeted photos from the scene show lots of blood over a large area and debris.

Sacramento City Firefighters extricate two victims of a vehicle rollover crash at q and 26th Streets

From random pellet gun shootings to flaming vehicle crashes and stabbing homicides, Sacramento ran the gamut of incidents Monday.
The mid-morning activity began with a report of a man with a sword at the Amtrak station downtown and early reports of the arrest of a murder suspect in a south area stabbing incident.
