In the course of responding to an unrelated 911 call, SacPD officers encounter a stolen vehcile out of Washington State. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the 13 year old driver, a missing person out of Washington as well, fled from officers down 21st Ave and crashed into a sound wall at 21st Ave and Peeble Drive. All occupants in the vehicle were between 13 and 15 and sustained minor to moderate injuries. At least one occupant had to be extricated from the vehicle. All four occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital.
