A neighboring business owner in an industrial area off of 47th Ave and Otto Circle, came out of his business Friday evening and saw smoke and flames coming from antoher busienss. Terry Lewallen called 911 as he was rushing to the business, forced entry to the yard, grabbed a pallet jacket and got the burning materials away from the building and van that was already getting burnt. This is the second similar fire at this business in a few weeks. The owner stated it was bar rags that burned from the same client as the last fire. After consulting with an investigator via phone, the on scene fire captain sited the cause as spontaneous combustion. The owner of Tidee Didee stated that the same client was a customer Dust-Tex Services Inc. who suffered a devestating 3 alarm fire on June 20th of this year as well. Firefighters advised SacMav that fire was rulled as arson by independent fire investigators for the insurance carrier.
