Sacramento, CA | A passenger and ejected driver survived a crash with multiple rollovers on Highway 99.
Just before midnight Friday evening, a vehicle traveling north bound on Highway 99 lost control at the 47th East exit area, stated Steven Blanco who witnessed the whole incident.
