Sacramento, CA | An estranged relationship leads to murder and suicide in the Meadowview area of Sacramento.

Early Sunday morning officers responded to a report of shots fired at an apartment in the 1600 block of Meadowview Rd according to Andrew Pettit, Sergeant, Sacramento Police Department.

Pettit stated that when officers arrived they found one female had been shot and killed and a male subject was shot in the lower body. Read more »

Elk Grove, Sacramento, CA | A Nevada County homicide suspect lead several police agencies on a pursuit from Auburn to Elk Grove early Thursday morning.

A homicide suspect, 24-year-old Brandon Riddleterrel of Petaluma, led Placer County deputies, CHP and Sacramento Sheriff Deputies on a lengthy pursuit early Thursday morning that started in Auburn and finally ended on Grant Line Road  near Calvine Rd in Elk Grove. Read more »

Sacramento, CA | Two men are dead from an apparent murder-suicide that took place in the SMUD parking lot Tuesday evening.

The Vehicle sits running as police conduct their investigation into the Murder of an Elk Grove woman.

Sacramento, CA | A 26 year old Female is gunned down at a South Sacramento gas station.

Around 2:26 Saturday morning, Sacramento Sheriffs Department responded to reports of a shooting in South Sacramento.  Responding deputies discovered the body of a 26 year old woman in a vehicle.  A passenger in the vehicle told authorities the victim was originally shot at the FasTrip Gas Station on the corner of Florin and Power Inn Rd.  A large group of people had gathered at the Fastrip Gas Station, which is typical for a Friday or Saturday night,  when an altercation occurred, shots were fired and the woman was hit.  She drove around the corner to Blackhawk and Palmer House Drive where she died from her injuries.  Sacramento Sheriffs Department is searching for suspects and asking anyone who may have information to contact detectives.
