Thursday morning Sacramento Police Officers were alerted to a robbery at gunpoint in progress at the GameStop on Northgate Blvd.

The coroners office prepares to remove the body of murdered female from the scene.

Sacramento, CA | An estranged relationship leads to murder and suicide in the Meadowview area of Sacramento.

Early Sunday morning officers responded to a report of shots fired at an apartment in the 1600 block of Meadowview Rd according to Andrew Pettit, Sergeant, Sacramento Police Department.

SacPD investigates attempted bank robbery in the Arden area of Sacramento

Sacramento, CA | Failed bank robbery in the Aden area may be linked to other Northern California bank robberies.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, at approximately 9:45 Friday morning, a subject in a mask and a vest with a star on it attempted to access the Tri Counties Bank, at 1760 Challenge Way, via the back door.

The subject knocked at the back door and when employees checked through the peep hole they became suspicious of the person and alerted authorities. Read more »
