Auto theft perp apprehended after foot pursuit
Parkway South, Sacramento, CA | A suspects suspicious activity leads to foot pursuit and capture.
Per CHP Officer David Woodruff, he witnessed an individual stripping tires off of a vehicle. When he attempted to make contact, the subject fled and a foot pursuit ensued. The subject was apprehended a few minutes later without incident Woodruff stated.
