POLICE LOG: A downtown shooter arrested
Shooting, 1200 block of L St, 2357,
Twin Rivers PD assisted with Downtown patrolling Saint Patrick's Day evening.
“Officers responded to a call of a group of about 25 people fighting in the garage. It was later discovered that two groups were at a nightclub and had exchanged words.
